This article describes the organizational cultural change within addiction health services. The study examines different organizational factors needed to implement change within the organization. “…organizational factors, such as structure, leadership and readiness for change contribute to the implementation of community, policy and staffing domains representing organizational cultural competence.” (Guerrero & Kim, 2013). Most of these facilities are located in Latino and African American communities. The leadership is responsible for providing staff with greater knowledge of the diverse communities and developing a more diverse workplace in the process. Organizational cultural change is positively associated with community knowledge as well as having supportive policies and procedures. However, graduate staff and parent organizations were negatively associated with the same type of communities. With positive investments, these facilities can focus of leadership programs, further education, as well as better strategies to implement change to better help the patients.  Discussion 2: The company that I chose is Hubspot, it is a software platform designed to help other companies marked and sell more effectively. The company is working on changing the culture for their employees to making working more effective to fit their needs. After Covid-19 a lot of companies started to do remote working and employees found it effective and more satisfying to do their work from the comfort of their own home. Burke (2020) stated that about 10 percent of Hubspot’s employees worked remotely before Covid-19, but afterwards they realized they needed to evolve. Their culture code mentions that they believe that results matter more than when or where they are produced (Burke, 2020). The culture of Hubspot is changing where work is done for their employees, being more remote. They want to evolve which means that they do not want their employees to think that they only have the choice to work at a location. By being more remote, they can find talented employees that live somewhere outside the network as well as working on diversifying the company by having employees from all (Burke, 2020). Beginning of January 2021, Hubspot gave their employees three options to choose from to do their best work, at the office, flex, or home (Burke, 2020). Hubspot is trying to make the culture change successful by location-agnostic benefits and perks, manager expectations and trainings, remote job openings as well as fair and transparent hiring processes, they want to help their employees no matter how they are working (Burke, 2020).    Social SciencePsychology
