Each journal can flow as needed with your own consciousness, but should touch on ALL of the below topics / ideas: 

The Goal of this journal is to reflect on different elements of environmental wellness 
On average, do you feel technology is currently helping or hurting your wellness more? 

*How do you use technology on a daily basis?  

*How often do you completely disconnect from technology?

*What might you do to improve your relationship to technology? 

On average, do you feel light is currently helping or hurting your wellness more? 

*Do you typically get at least 2 hours of daily sunlight? 

*Do you take more than the daily amount of recommended screen time (2-6hr  max), when accounting for computer for school, watching TV or videos, and any  time on phone?

On average, do you feel the air you live in (temperature and air-quality) is currently helping or hurting your wellness more? 

*Do you feel you get enough daily fresh air (or any)? 

*Do you spend more time at a comfortable temperature, or feeling too hot/cold
