List at least two tasks from the BACB Task List Fifth Edition and at least one item from the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts that are related to the module:?  G-11 Use Skinner’s analysis to teach verbal behavior.?  H-9 Collaborate with others who support and/or provide services to clients.?  2.10 Collaborating with ColleaguesII. Alignment to the BACB Task List and Compliance Code just like this example: “Module 6’s content explains how behavior analysts use Skinner’s analysis to teach verbalbehavior (G-11) and what it looks like when colleagues collaborate to support and provide services to clients (H-9). The interactive presentation explains that Skinner’s verbal behavior focuses on the function of the behavior and how the behavior is controlled by environmental variables such as MOs, nonverbal stimuli, or verbal stimuli. Verbal behavior is reinforced through social mediation. The elementary verbal operants outlined in Skinner’s work include mand, tact, duplic, codic, and intraverbal. These are explained in a lot more detail in Chapter 18 of Applied Behavior Analysis. How to implement mand, tact, duplic, intraverbal, autoclitic, and listener interventions is explained in the interactive presentation as well as the textbook. This module also addresses behavior analyst’s collaboration with other professionals who support and/or provide services to clients. The interactive presentations explains that collaboration can be defined as an interaction between professionals that acts as an important part of a service delivery that helps improve student outcomes. Collaboration usually involves behavioral consultations which consists of conversations about problem identification, problem analysis, treatment implementation, and treatment evaluation. When a group is collaborating the entire team should be in constant communication, on board with decisions, and informed of any changes. This relates to item 2.10, Collaborating with Colleagues, on the BACB Ethics Code. Item 2.10 states that behavior analysts collaborate with professionals from their own line of work as well as other professions in order to keep the best interest of the clients and other parties close to or involved in caring for the client (BACB, 2014). Together, team members address conflicts by compromising when possible and documenting actions taken in these instances while still keeping the client’s best interest (BACB, 2014). It is very important for collaborators to communicate what they believe is best for the client, to remain on the same page, to make improvements on interventions based on client changes, and to remain in communication with each other throughout the intervention.”Social SciencePsychology
