INT: So, have you ever thought about making a change or what can you do. What can you do by yourself to make certain changes to your diet.

Have you ever thought about that.

CLIENT: Yeah, I did. I’m recently thinking of changing this habit. But I’m not sure where it’s started.

INT: Okay. So, let’s start with this. So, what time do you go for work.

CLIENT: It’s not a regular time. It depends on my clients; Sometimes I start by 9 o’clock. Sometimes I have to start at 7 o’clock in the morning. If the client is really far, it doesn’t have a constant time.

INT: So, what are your thoughts about getting a proper diet. I mean, what is a proper diet according to you.

CLIENT: For me, you know, having healthy food, um, well, one cook made, um, having some salad to decide. I have enough water taking in the whole day. Having enough protein scabs and fruits as well. Sometimes I don’t know. No, it’s maybe I’m becoming mentally tired because of my work.

I don’t have that energy to wash my boxes.

So, I can prepare it for the next day.

And I’m so if you like, okay, I have my boxes that are clean and then. So, I’ll just have it outside.

INT: So, if you were to make a change in your diet, so where would you like to start.

CLIENT: Coming to my diet, I don’t have an issue in cooking preparing, but packing them and taking them is more of a challenge.

INT: So, you just, are you telling me that you’re just lazy to just pack your food and take it to work.

CLIENT: I do not know if it is laziness or procrastination or it is like not really getting what actually happening with me.

But I have to run to work, I have to take care of the clients. It’s also the other side that I know that I have to take out myself first.

I had a diet change for the past three months from Jan to March, I guess.

Then I put down around five inches of weight and I was so healthy and fit.

I had like much confidence when I look at myself or when I dress and get ready. I feel I felt way more confident that How I felt before But just because of that maybe That feeling of missing of What I could not eat in those three months.

I feel maybe that has been like giving me a push to eat more of the junk.

INT: Okay, so you are eating a lot more junk food and you are you have of cutdown your diet to just dump food and not a healthy food.

CLIENT: Yes.

INT: Okay. So can you tell me something you can do to change. You know you have to be healthy. I mean, you are the one who just told me now that you want to be healthy and you know this is what makes you healthy and you already had an experience just like cutting down five kilos down and you’ve had like you were healthy.

So, what do you think you can do to go back to that same place, like what can you do for that.

CLIENT: Maybe be more mindful and conscious of my health.

INT: Mm-hmm.

CLIENT: Take small steps like cleaning my boxes once I reach home.

INT: Mm-hmm.

CLIENT: But because of the travel, I don’t have any energy left in me and then look the day. And that is mostly make me, you know. Not to, not to do what I have to do.

INT: So, how’s your work. How’s your work going.

CLIENT: I really enjoy my work, but I would say it’s mentally tiring.

INT: Mm-hmm.

CLIENT: Because I deal with autism and kids mostly and when you are hyperactive and keeping them their energy, the whole day traveling and reaching from one line to other. Yeah, I feel kind of mentally tired sometimes.

INT: So what are your thoughts about like your work in your hand. Like how can you compare both like how do you think your work is actually affecting your like your diet other than just having no time like how do you think other than that.

Like other than time how’s your work affecting your diet.

CLIENT: Yeah, time is the major concern going, I would say.

INT: Hmm.

CLIENT: Yeah, nothing more than that, I don’t feel anything major than that.

INT: So, let me just see if I’m correct.

You just told me that you don’t have time to have a proper meal because you obviously have worked and also like you want to eat a lot of junk food which is okay because I’m a person who crave a lot of junk food and I feel like even sometimes like once in a while you mean I feel like I eat a lot of unhealthy stuff and healthy food.

So that’s just normal like having a junk craving for once in a while.

CLIENT: Once in a while I will find that but you know but having a close three four days outside food both lunch, snack and almost dinner.

and say that’s not a healthy one.

INT: you told me that’s not healthy. And you have an idea about that, so what do you think you can do about that. Like, you know, it’s not healthy. And you know, it’s not good for your health.

You know how to change it, right.

CLIENT: Yeah. Just waking up a little early. Getting my stenght back to make healthy food.

INT: what stopping you from doing that.

CLIENT: No idea, stress, multiple things running in my mind, not the focus on one thing.

INT: What are you mostly stressed about.

What are the things you’re not able to focus.

CLIENT: There are many in here. assignments. placement.

INT: Have you ever considered about making a time timetable like managing the time.

CLIENT: I do that every time.

INT: Okay.

CLIENT: But I try to follow most of them, but I just leave it to the ends when I don’t have enough energy to do that.

INT: So, it’s just that it’s really hard for you to do the time management and because of that you don’t have the time and energy to prepare your food or just like take it to work. So instead, you just go and get some junk food. But have you ever considered this idea where you just told me in the beginning that you’re also concerned about your money.

CLIENT: Yeah.
